I am a performance-driven and resourceful Business Development Executive equipped with over 20 years of operational leadership experience; driving positive transformational change in high-level Engineering projects through innovative and strategic plans. A highly accomplished professional, who has led complex multidisciplinary projects in the energy and infrastructure industries with expertise in SCADA & control systems, Power Generation, Renewable Energy and Homeland Security.
Over the years, I have served in a variety of engineering and business management roles where I established myself as a trusted partner guiding and implementing large-scale projects. I have a stellar reputation for hands-on Strategic management style to achieve sustainable business success.
CLIENTS
Driving positive transformational change in high-level Engineering projects
• Successfully collaborated with partners to implement the Ben-Gurion Airport's HBS Project; which includes an array of technological security checks based on the strictest international standards and state-of-the-art technological capabilities.
-The system operates according to a 100% automatic technological security check method, in full conformity with the Israeli Attorney General's directives which requires the Israel Airports Authority to implement a fair and an equal security check procedure for all passengers.
• Spearhead the On-shore project management, foreign specialist's allocation, professional permits, H&S management, including radiation safety.
• Oversaw the Import of machines and of parts, including import licenses and certificates, export of parts for repair; performed Local vendor's activities management.
Control and IT department (15 people) for services for the Israel Electric, dedicated for a key account service. systems integration (Control and IT) including turnkey jobs directly supplied to the customer (or as a subcontractor). Development of new services and recruitment of manpower
Siemens Power Generation EPC, ex pat foreign experts’ services and LTSA for five combined cycle 370 MW combustion & steam turbines for the Israel Electric.
Supervision of Local suppliers.
Management of foreign specialists’ Visa and work permits & allocation to the sites.
Initiation and maintenance of cooperation of Afcon Industries Group with international companies of control & automation, power-generation, renewable-energy, mass-transportation and homeland-security
